As the activity is self-explanatory, we add a little flavour to it, by making it around the City of Bangalore and Kolkata. These cities being rich in history and old monuments, is still low key. Migrants staying here are not aware of the basic history and whereabouts of the city.
Points mapped in the city for treasure hunt allows the person to think twice about its heritage, culture, food and ethnicities. People move in their groups, decrypting the clues, performing tasks which lead them to the next point. Having said that, being a team effort, it works best as an ice breaker for large groups of people who are still only acquainted to one another. Building on each other’s strengths and weaknesses, the healthy spirit of competition is what is needed in today’s working culture.

Bangalore, a city growing so fast has made its way into the once suburban and rural area! Since we’re not too far away from the farmlands, our weekend farming activity focuses on getting groups of young individuals, families and corporates together. For a brief period, they are made to feel as a community, working together on the ground, sowing seeds, mulching etc and are made to understand the reasons behind the indigenous practices. Farms also have animals, plantations and natural lakes which require attention from time to time. Considering a regular person’s day to day busy life, even if we are able to give half a day in a week to nature, it’ll take care of us for years! One is also allowed to taste the fruit and vegetables of what they sow!
