1. Introduction
Welcome to Around Big Cities. By booking a trip, trek, or event with us, you (“Participant”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all services provided by AMEESHI GOENKA and its affiliates.

2. Booking and Payments

  • Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of 100% payment.
  • Transferability: Bookings are non-transferable to other individuals unless explicitly approved by us in writing at least 7 days prior to the trip.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy (Strict)
We incur non-refundable costs with our vendors (hotels, transport) in advance. Therefore, our cancellation policy is strict:

  • 0 to 15 Days before trip start: No Refund (0%).
  • 16 to 30 Days before trip start: 50% Refund of the total trip cost.
  • More than 30 Days before trip start: Full Refund, minus a 10% processing and administrative fee.
  • No Show: Failure to arrive at the pickup point on time will be treated as a No Show and no refund will be provided.

4. Changes to Itinerary (Force Majeure)
Travel in India can be unpredictable. We reserve the right to alter, modify, or cancel the itinerary due to:

  • Force Majeure events (e.g., heavy rain, landslides, road blocks, government restrictions).
  • Safety concerns determined by the Trip Lead.
  • In such cases, no refund will be provided for unutilized services, but we will try our best to provide an alternative activity.

5. Liability and Assumption of Risk

  • Own Risk: You acknowledge that adventure travel (treks, nature walks) carries inherent risks. You voluntarily participate at your own risk.
  • Indemnity: Around Big Cities is not liable for any personal injury, death, accident, loss of luggage, or medical expenses incurred during the trip.
  • Medical Fitness: It is your responsibility to ensure you are physically fit for the trip. You must disclose any medical conditions prior to booking.

6. Code of Conduct

  • Zero Tolerance: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards harassment, verbal abuse, or violent behavior.
  • Alcohol & Drugs: Consumption of illegal substances is strictly prohibited. Alcohol consumption is permitted only at designated times (e.g., evenings at the resort) and is banned during activities or transport.
  • Expulsion: The Trip Lead has the authority to expel any participant violating these rules without a refund.

7. Governing Law
Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Around Big Cities reserves the right to charge listing fees for certain services, as well as transaction fees based on completed transactions made through the platform. Around Big Cities further reserves the right to revise, modify, or update any fees at its sole discretion, without prior notice.

The User agrees to pay all applicable charges, fees, duties, taxes, levies, and assessments associated with availing the services of Around Big Cities.

The User hereby consents, expresses, and agrees that they have read and fully understand the Privacy Policy of Around Big Cities in respect of the Website. The User further consents that the terms and contents of such Privacy Policy are acceptable to them.
